Fe Støberiet A/S purchasing policy implies also that we have demands to our suppliers with focus on following: - Quality & on-time delivery is the most important factors. We expect that our suppliers at agreed time supply products and services in right amount and quality.
- If delivery time, price or quality vary from the agreed, Fe Støberiet A/S shall have immediate information.
- As a minimum a detailed packaging list or delivery note with clear reference to purchasing order and item number is demanded.
- It is the suppliers responsibility to pack the products properly in order to avoid damages.
- In time incoming control should be eliminated.
- The supplier shall quickly and firmly manage deviations, claims and other problems. Investigation and "put questionmark by" specifications and foundations to discover potential failure and areas, which can be improved seen from a quality- and cost view.
- The supplier shall in proper time imform us about conditions, which can affect our company.
- Continuous work to heigthen efficiency in order to be able to offer at competitive prices.
- At own initiative come up with impulses and suggestions to improvements.
- Close cooperation about development of systems and routines, which will make ordering, distribution and inventory management more efficient as well as heigthen delivery security.
- Immediate information about any conditions or initiative, which might damage our connections.
